Spotta About Us

Having held Chair, CEO, COO and technical leadership roles, I have particular expertise in scaling teams and operations, commercial channels, partnerships and fundraising. I studied Engineering at Bristol University, and I've worked in various senior management positions including Team Leader at Cambridge Consultants. I co-founded Inca Digital Printers which dominated the large format flatbed market. After successful scaling and trade sale, I joined Cambridge Angels and went on to invest in over 25 tech and healthcare start-ups where we have enjoyed a number of positive exits.

With over 20 years of CFO experience across a wide range of industries, both large and small, joining a company like Spotta was an easy decision. Having previously Co-founded start-up Inca Digital Printers that was recognised by the Times Tech Track as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, I recognise a company with fantastic potential and great aspirations for growth. I thoroughly enjoyed my previous start-up experience so more than happy to get another chance to get stuck in to make it happen all over again.

Head of Commercial

I’ve worked in both big companies and start-ups, helping teams grow in B2B data, analytics and content companies. At Spotta, my role is to bring sales, marketing and sector together to help us grow in a sustainable way. What motivates me most is building collaboration across teams and finding simple ways to overcome challenges as we scale and keeping humour alongside the hard work.

Business Development Manager

I am one of the Business Development Manager's here at Spotta, having joined in July 2025. I’m proud to be part of such an ambitious company and excited about the journey ahead. I’m passionate about sales and helping hotels across the world find the right solutions to help protect their businesses. My experience spans global sales roles across property investment and tech within the hospitality sector, giving me a strong commercial edge and a people-first approach. I’ve also spent several years in Dubai, where I built and led a sales team while working as a property investment consultant, adding valuable international experience to my background.

Commercial Client Development Lead

I joined Spotta in 2025 as an SDR, reaching out to hotels about the Bed Pod's early-detection system. Since then, I've progressed into the role of Commercial Client Development Lead, where I oversee our SDR team, maintain CRM cleanliness, and support a range of commercial functions across the hotel sector. Previously, I led a customer service sales team, which gave me a strong bias for clear communication, process, and results. Hospitality tech intrigues me because anywhere you can prevent a negative guest experience is worthwhile - for customers and staff alike.
